Holly took the time to really understand our housing needs. We were looking for something pretty specific; a 3 bedroom rancher in one of a few preferred locations. We had our eyes set on a house in our old neighbourhood, but it would need an addition and seemed overpriced. Holly helped us negotiate what we thought was a fair price, without going over our budget. Throughout the whole house shopping process, Holly's knowlege of the greater Victoria area, her abilty to notice potential deficiencies or added values, and her willingness to speak her mind clearly and thoughtfully made her a joy to work with.
